About Jeff Blanchard

I’ve been a licensed real estate agent in Texas since Oct. 2013. I’m originally from Illinois, but have also lived in Arizona and Iowa before moving to Victoria, Texas in 1997. I have lived in Corpus Christi since March of 2000. I currently serve on the Finance Committee of the Corpus Christi Association of Realtors (CCAR) for 2015-2016, and was appointed to serve on the TREPAC Committee with CCAR for 2016. . I have been appointed by the Texas Association of Realtors to serve on their Public Policy Subcommittee on Taxation in Austin for the years 2015-2017. Since Jan. 2013, I’ve been a part-owner of an established local Certified Public Accounting firm in Corpus Christi where I work part-time as an Enrolled Agent (E.A.) licensed by the Dept. of Treasury specializing in taxation. Per the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy (TSBPA), I am currently only one of 156 Non-CPA owners of 57 CPA firms in the State of Texas. I’ve enjoyed the real estate profession since I’ve become licensed and look forward to pursuing it full-time.
